Description:	Chef Paul O'Connell's award-winning bistro is all vim and vigor, thanks to eclectic culinary and design touches. Starters are not very big, but intricate and flavorful; barbecue beef anticucho skewers, Cuban fish ceviche, and a spring onion and mushroom tart do not disappoint. Entrees include the familiar (steak frites, roasted chicken) and the unexpected (Macadamia-encrusted marlin with a coconut-cucumber froth). The restaurant's biggest draw is the best Cuban sandwich in town, which is only served in the bar. Desserts, especially a blueberry-topped lemon mousse, are sublime. Chez Henri offers a nightly prix-fixe, three-course dinner for $36. The limited bar menu features several bargain dishes, including the acclaimed Cuban sandwich (smoked pork or roasted vegetables and Gruyere cheese in crusty bread, then grilled).
